Night Fish

Was not planning to cook tonight and well, ended up spontaneously cooking at 9 pm.

1)  Spread lemon juice, chopped basil, salt, & pepper on a plate; coat fish.
2)  Heat pan, drizzle olive oil, and cook fillet until it flakes with a fork.
3)  Plate and squeeze fresh lemon juice over top.
